I’ve used Korg gear before and I’ll give credit where it’s due, the quality is solid and the website is easy to get around. That said, the prices felt higher than I expected for what you’re actually getting. It’s not bad gear by any means, but compared to some other options, the value just didn’t feel quite there. for the price difference, I was kind of expecting a little more explanation or even some acknowledgment from Korg about it.

I had a question about my Korg keyboard and figured I’d be waiting a few days like usual with most companies. But no, support got back to me quickly. They understood what I was trying to explain and sent clear steps that actually fixed the issue. Say what you want, but it’s nice dealing with a company that doesn’t just leave you hanging.

The MIDI works okay overall, but it’s not always as tight as I’d like. I notice a bit of lag here and there, so I probably wouldn’t count on it for anything super precise. For basic stuff, though, it gets the job done, and that’s really what I expected at this level.

Grabbed it from Korg and I’ve been using my Korg gear nonstop lately. Knobs and buttons feel quick, smooth, no weird lag. Easy to tweak sounds while playing without fighting the unit. Site was fine, but the controls are the win. Really happy with it.

I was able to find most of the manuals and downloads I needed on korg.com, so that part was straightforward. The model page wasn’t too hard to track down either, which I appreciated.

The actual documentation is kind of hit or miss, though. Some of the guides are clear enough, but others feel outdated or like they expect you to already know the gear. A couple setup steps took me longer than I expected, especially compared to... well, it just felt like it could’ve been smoother. Not terrible, just a bit more confusing than it needs to be.

i bought it from korg.com the sound quality has been great. the keys feel really responsive, and the tones are clean without needing much tweaking. i’ve been using it every day and i’m still impressed.

My Korg feels super well built. The knobs are nice and tight, the keys feel good, and, like, nothing about it feels cheap. I’ve been using it a lot and it still looks and works basically like new. No complaints from me

My snap judgment: they did get the warranty issue sorted, so credit where it’s due. But it took longer than it should have, and that part was frustrating...

I had a really smooth time using Korg!!! Finding product info and downloads was way easier than I expected, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find manuals or drivers!!! The menus actually made sense, pages loaded fast, and even the checkout/account stuff was straightforward!!! Overall, just a clean, easy experience!!!

I updated the firmware last night after dinner while I was already messing around with my setup, and it went through without any issues. Straightforward process overall, and everything worked fine on the first try

I really do like my Korg gear, the actual hardware is solid and fun to use, which is why the software stuff feels extra annoying. One day everything is working, then there’s an OS update, and suddenly I’m on the website hunting for some driver fix instead of, you know, making music. It’s not a disaster, just one of those little detours that eats up your evening.
The site is usable, and I eventually found what I needed, but the compatibility info could definitely be clearer. Maybe I missed it, or maybe it was buried in a weird spot, but either way it feels like something that should be easier to figure out. Good products overall, just wish the software side was a little less “wait, why isn’t this working now?”

The repair was super easy and faster than I expected. I was really happy to get my korg back working great again, and even my brother noticed how good it sounded once I brought it home

I mostly use Korg when I’m trying to check info or updates for their sequencing gear. The tools and features are solid, especially for patterns and step sequencing, and there’s, like, a lot you can dig into if you’re into that stuff.

That said, finding clear info on the site can be kind of annoying sometimes. A few pages feel a bit outdated or just not explained that well, so I usually end up going to YouTube anyway to figure things out.

Overall, it’s fine, and Korg gear is still really fun to use for sequencing. I just wish the website made things a little easier and more straightforward for regular users like me.
